Richey (pictured) was found in a Dallas parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound to the head on June 30.

An eyewitness told police he was inside his apartment when he looked out a window and saw Walker "chasing a woman" through the parking lot.

Walker shot the victim then stand over the victim and fired his weapon multiple times. Richey was pronounced dead at the scene.

The witness said Walker and the victim had argued over a video and Richey threatened to share the video on social media.

In a Facebook video, Richey threatened to post an intimate video of the two of them on Snapchat the day before the murder.

Walker was charged with murder in the second-degree and booked into the Dallas County Jail on Wednesday. His bail was set at $900,000.

Richey's sister, Tyeshia Rickett, told the Dallas Morning News her family was relieved to learn of Walker's arrest.

She said Richey was a "happy person" who doted on his niece and nephews.

"That's the kind of auntie she was: 'I don't care what your mama said, come get in this car, and we're going to get some ice cream.' They loved her," Rickett said.

Rickett said she appreciated the outpouring of love and support for Richey online.
